Anyone know of any good building materials supply companies, or other supply sources that offer similar quality to retailers like Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. at lower prices?

Whether it is age, zip code, size, materials, and the list goes on, they all contribute to the overall rate.

There are some TK providers that need big markups as they don't have good teams in place, or don't do enough business to buy in bulk (properties, materials, and labor). 

Leaning towards a Home Depot card for materials.

They offer so many webinars and other material that definitely helped me understand a few things I was confused about.

This is a side point, but why spend 75k, or whatever on guru materials when you can buy the same books etc for pennies on the dollar on eBay?
