Pretty interesting, you should search your county and find the date and time for the sheriff sale and get the experience. it is a good place to network as well.

Life goes on, pretty soon, there will be more deals than you can handle.If your goals don’t scare you, think bigger!

Since this is our first property we wanted to buy something that was more turn key and would require less work and maintenance since we are pretty new to the game. 

There was just one BIG problem that I hadn’t anticipated…One of my banks, at which my personal unsecured credit line is 40k, suddenly was no longer offering the 0% interest balance transfer promotion!

Appreciation in NYC is pretty good.

I have done some direct mail, but it seems to be pretty ineffective to me, it is much easier building clients organically by networking with people in your real life, joining meet up groups, and just talking to everyone about what you are doing.

My goal is to pretty much generate enough capital to kickstart off my investing career and learn as much as I possibly can about the business before launching into investing full time.
