The IRS is still around, like it or not, and they are hiring and training a new army of auditors as we speak.All of these factors combined add up to the same message I posted earlier: in order to fund your 401k with $20k, your business need to make significantly more than that number.

I’ve seen a bunch of posts here over the past six month on BP where people seem to be betting big money (some call it investing) based purely on someone’s charm and word.

People are more likely to post their successes than their failures on sites like this.

I believe i have a bit of post traumatic stress and also what i call in my head house insecurity, I fear becoming homeless again.

As others have stated, the people who do it successfully are very actively managed, and by active-- let me give you a hint, that means they will probably be late on a normal basis, so you'll need to be posting 5-day pay or quits, and filing for evictions with the courts-- now if it's a good tenant, it will pay before the court date, but that stuff isn't in your spreadsheets, is it?
