Hi everyone,I wanna ask how you guys insure your real estate and what company to insure with,I have 3 duplexes and 1 fourplex ,just got off the phone with progressive with a shocking quote, wanna ask how much on average insurance would be for each unit .Also adding an umbrella coverage, by how much will the insurance go up on average, just wanna know where I need to be at in terms of price.Any references or responses will be appreciated,thanksBest of luck to every investor

This is something people cannot do without.For the record, I recognize that there are some markets across the country that I would not touch, but there is no shortage of healthy suburban areas where I'm comfortable investing in RE, and I would be shocked to see a substantial and widespread crash in values.If that happens, I'll eat my words.I believe if you purchase good assets in landlord-fair states/communities and for the long haul, appreciation is a reasonable thing to expect.

I know familis that have lived there for over a decade move 10 mins away to Pocono Mountain East or Pleasant Valley school districts just so their kids don't have to attend that school.
