I find when they can give plenty of info up front, like copies of credit, proof of rent payments, pay stubs, DLs, Passport, Visas, pictures of pets, reference letters....they have a much better chance of getting approved and accepted.

Now, I am not completely opposed to allowing pets but tenants should have discussed this and got permission to have a pet probably I would have allowed with pet fee.

I had researched the foreclosure auction process enough to help the owner apply for the overage from the auction, and helped line up a moving company and housing for the owner and their pets.
