You should have a cleaner and handy person ready to go.

The first lien is hard money.  

2nd liens are the best way to lose your money, are you lending personally, or are you working as a broker? 

(I even have access to quite a bit of private money already) But where are these mentor people/programs? 

In my experience it just indicates people who probably grew up in a family where they were not sophisticated with money.

You would then periodically pull the ap up and "swipe left of swipe right" for business or personal trips.

If you need to spend money or effort trying to find buyers, you are jumping the gun.
