For the love of Pete I know there is a service you can call that will post notices for you (officially, not like paying your neighbor’s kid) but I completely blanked on what the service is called so he could look one up to find it.

But you might as well have an official reading from an “expert”A quick google say the vent air should be 15-w0 degrees cooler than the room air to indicate a working ac unit.

Before he officially moved in we had a verbal agreement that he would pay a $550 deposit within two months of moving in (the lease says there’s a $550 deposit)  fast forward half a year he still has not given me one.

Pool FLOATS encourage people to swim who shouldn’t necessarily be swimming, therefore increasing liability exposure even more I bet the HOA’s insurance company advised the HOA to toss all pool floats that weren’t official life-saving devices.

I just put two mailboxes out front and labeled one 3807-A and the other 3807-B.I suppose your best bet would be to check with USPS though to see if they need to do anything "official"
