Are their any good courses near there relating to real estate, negotiation, business, financing, etc around that time?

The condo is turn key ready and I figure my home inspection next week should surface most/all of the big ticket items that might need repairs, which I can try to work into the negotiations between the seller and myself. 

So given the current market condition, we have been able to negotiate prices below or at list price with contingencies for many of our buyers.

After receiving signed contract I sent the documents to my mentor and partner in this deal and he handled the negotiations with the bank.

As a new investor, if you find yourself in this situation, it is recommended hiring a representative to negotiate the lien if it is federal, it could actually save you money.

Rates could go up or down, but I haven't seen them change by much, if any.When I'm negotiating, I try to get them to not charge the application fees or reduce the origination fees. 

Though being an introvert will limit your ability to network, if what you want to do involves meeting investors & such, as well as negotiate the sweet deals Brandon Turner talks about finding. 

I also learned how to talk with motivated sellers and learned negotiation skills prior to me wholesaling.Wholesalers who are experienced real estate investors tend to be good wholesalers because they know their numbers, their market, they know marketing and negotiations.

Interest rate and equity ownership can all be negotiated, however does anyone have a guideline to follow that is fair?  

Does this need to be paid off before we negotiate and/or make an offer?
