I used to live on a lake in Northern CA.. called Clear Lake its the only lake in CA that is like a Midwestern lake.. and that's because its a natural lake and privately owned all the way around it has 125 miles of shoreline.. so there are 100 plus of these little mom and pop resorts..

It is also potentially discriminatory in nature as only the real estate broker and the seller would have knowledge that the property's for sale and could essentially discriminate for or against certain people/buyers.I am not an attorney or anything but from my understanding when a licensed real estate broker is involved in the sale of a property, they cannot promote that property until it has been listed on the MLS.

I wonder if you would be able to install another oil furnace (natural gas much be cheaper if it is available) and just split the existing lines and everything would then be separate.
