Yeah Cincinnati area, SW Ohio has several areas that will hit or beat the 1% rule, the best neighborhoods are tough to make it happen unless you are willing to do a massive renovation project.

Raising a customer from 600 to 620 or 640 is normally very easy unless you are running into massive collections or bankruptcy in my experience.
