It's not hard to become a master at all three, but it's suicide to not at least have a rough idea of what works and doesn't, so you can put all homes you look at in either the "it's a deal" box or the "it's not a deal" box.If you really want to invest in mobile homes you need to 1) read up everything you can find on the topic 2) become a frequent user of bestplaces.net and other internet sites for market data and 3) familiarize yourself with what homes are going for so that you can guess from a photo of what a good price would be.Can you accomplish this?

Hi James,They make LED flashlights that are very bright.Search the internet for "brightest led flashlights" and you'll see a lot of price points.Then search online for videos of the models you are interested in and see how they perform in the dark.Some are like daylight.Good Luck!

@Ari Bildner If you're renting by room individually (meaning you're listing each room and filling each room separately), then I'd definitely include all utilities including internet and maybe cable.

I would find properties on the internet, get the address and search it on the county assessor website to find the owner and their contact deals and go from there!
