If you don't know how to fix things around the house or how much a repair should cost, or how to screen tenants or what a reasonable interaction with a tenant should be, how do you supervise or direct a PM to do so on your behalf?

We will be launching our own website for direct bookings so interaction with AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO and direct bookings is a must.

Reward and punishment superresponses play roles in so many of our interactions that we don't realize.  

You can look at quite a set of numbers-- 6, 7, even 8 figures--if you just pay yourself first and utilize index funds (especially tax free/deferred).But real estate let's you profit from your own hand, interact with others (especially self managing), and even get some exercise (snow shoveling in winter or painting in summer). 

I've had healthy interactions so far with people.

I figured it was time to interact more with the members as opposed to looking in from the outside.I am still fresh in the real estate business and am trying to ramp up my participation in it.

I ask because if not; she is offering you nothing but the $500.And at this slow rate of interaction she seems to be shooting herself in the foot here.
