Especially if they have a track record of paying their rent on time, have children with them in the property, etc.If it were me and I already sent the eviction notice, I would tack on whatever it costs (in PA I think it's around $100) and that would be that.

The problem I have seen with this Plan is that most people are married and some have children and this Plan requires you to Sell your Home and move when there is enough Value to make this rule useful.

Is there a way to purchase a property for my children(under their names and have them claim homestead for 2 years) with the proceeds from the sale and not be taxed on it?
