They didnt work that well in colder climates so its hard to imagine one as far north as Allen Tx. 

Imagine that the economy tanks, and the value of your property decreases.

Partner is in the process of exiting that park and I'm  looking to pay back my capital partner with a good chunk of profit ( and they got some good passive income that same time - we agreed to a 50/50 split) for them and id imagine around 50k on my side. 

I imagine some folks in ghetto areas are "no income" (no work, no public assistance) and some are "high income" (drug dealing). 

Plus, I  wouldn't want to stay in a bedroom without windows....just creepy.And imagine if there was a fire and someone got killed...

I can't imagine anyone will advise you to move forward on a $150,000 price point in 38127. 

I imagine these are easy to rent to incoming college students with some staying multiple years.

So for us NO debt and out of state you can Imagine all the solicitations I get..

I'll be the first to admit that while I have a strong opinion, it's mostly based on knowing how hard it is even being local, and only being able to imagine how much harder and riskier the added distance would make it. 

I can't imagine trying (or bothering) to talk my Mother out of anything.
