This is a true test to see if you've built a good system that didn't' over leverage with healthy reserves.  

And a healthy fear that selling in the middle of a pandemic might not be the best thing.Here is something that I will be watching:  Will supply increase, faster as the economy starts to open. 

And I believe the demand in the Fresno area will always be healthy.

For someone looking for a relatively passive income stream, who doesn't have strong credit, who doesn't want to leverage and who has plenty of cash to invest, 10% is a pretty healthy return.

You know the current landlord game to get rid of unwanted tenants is to give them glowing references so we should go back two or more.

But recessions are a necessary part of a healthy free market economy. 

That is not healthy and it can cause you more issues than a simple puking.  

There are high deductible plans or some go without, assuming they will always be healthy which is a mistake.

I saw a well-run town that was clean, with healthy people and a place where I wouldn't mind spending a few years of my life at some point.Of course, I don't think that I will be investing in real estate there from out of state.
