I recently found a 6 unit commercial property:4 residential units upstairs (3 bed, 2 bed, (2) 1 beds)1 hair salon 600 sq ft1 vacant bar 2000 sq ftTotal rents per month with bar = $3500I am interested in putting in an offer.

Mobile Homes are in decent shape for their age and have already checked with county on replacements which is okay as long as they're done within 60 days of removal. 

We decided to ask Solar company to remove it.

Accounting..Cost of repairs, upkeep on the rental is rental expense, including 1/2 of property taxes, property insurance, yard maintenance, trash removal, vendor services, ect. any related expense to that unit or 1/2 portion of the duplex is expense, 1/2 half of mortgage costs. and if shared utilities 1/2 of the utilities. 

She told us the man was just visiting and she paid the pet deposit for our trouble and agreed to remove the dog since we don't allow pit bulls.

I recently needed trees/shrubs removed, and had quotes from $750 thru $3000.

I don't have to worry about dealing with contractors or deadlines, I don't have to worry about removing a wall and then finding crazy stuff that just increased the cost of my rehab.
