My concern is that the business having such a low % of tenants that complete the process that it seems as though a good part of the reason that RTO / Lease option is so popular is that the failure rate is what is driving profits. 

The most popular seem to be ones that attach around the wires on the circuit breaker, allowing me to isolate the usage to circuits within each rental unit. 

It seems this is becoming more popular.

So as an investor, you need to gain more out of a deal, you need to grow not stay in the same situation.

The Houston area is one of the fastest growing markets anywhere.

Example: a tenant used a pile of leftover bricks behind a shed, that were of no value, to construct a very nice sand-based patio in a spot of the yard near the house that has always struggled to have anything grow there.

As far as the future goes: Bend is planning to keep growing.

I'm looking for feedback from other South Floridians who have been investing down here and what their thoughts are.From what I read you should be looking for areas that are growing, areas that are cheap and going up, areas that have several big employers or areas that are right outside a big city.
