First, I'd need to actually spend time ordering the materials and second, I'd have to eat the cost of any left-over material (or eat the cost of storing it until my next job).My contracts always state that all building materials are to be supplied by the contractor and all finishing materials are to be supplied by me.

It's in the inner city, so there's no land available around for builders to build new (which I see as a plus as the supply won't be changing unless they start tearing down).

Only pay for supplies and then pay upon work completion to encourage completion of the project3 having sewer smell during foundation repair often means broken sewer line and that increases repair cost substantially 4 Never give contractors the ok to sheet rock a building before inspecting it personally or having an independent party not associated with the contractor to evaluate. 5 Refinish the bathtub in a house if structurally sound in lue of replacing in lower tier houses6 never allow contractors to leave any tools at the houseWhat do you think of these items?

Property is currently unlivable as carpet is pulled up, furniture is stacked up and electrical switches are taped off...property management says they are waiting on response from third party which I am assuming is the property owner.
