You can do long term tenants, mid term furnished or short term tenants (Airbnb, VRBO, etc).

A mid term rental for the most part is a furnished rental with everything included including for >  30 days.  

I have my property listed on Zillow, Airbnb, and Furnished Finders and have been contacted by ALE twice. 

Not answering exactly your question but you can rent it furnished long term. or a furnished finder to traveling nurses and business professionals.

I have a STR on the Metro-North Rail line to NYC, and backing up to the Appalachian Trail, turnkey fully furnished on 3 acres.

We’re going to be buying in the next couple Months and plan on putting in between 80-100k between down payment and furnishing/upgrades.

And if I could plan the STR I will have more than enough cash to invest into furnishing my home.I’ve done some research about STR, my ROI has potential, based on more hot times of the year.How did you structure your business around your STR’s?

The plan is to find a multi-family or SFH with a furnished basement or In-law suite and house hack for a year, rent that one out, move on to the next one, and so on until I am financially free.
