These lenders are high-volume machines and will come with more process and diligence than your local REIA "rich uncle", but there's no profit share in these scenarios.If you're taking the local private lender route, the terms of the loan can vary enormously.

Hello Folks - I just finished several different real estate books including rich dad, poor dad and Investing in duplexes, triplexes and quads.

I don’t need to be rich but I want more experiences to enrich my life.

There is opened food laying around covered with bugs and maggots. 

I'm hoping to find someone to give me a half hour or so of their time that I'm willing to pay for your time in cash, food, beer, labor, or just let me know what I can do to make it worth your time. 

There is also a "rich" side of town near the beaches and the numbers were really off.For me, Zillow was a much better estimate as to what ASKING rents are.  

Food for thought. 

Why do I want to be rich, why do I want to be financially free, why do I want quit my day job, why do you not like your job, why do I not want to go back to LA, why is real estate investing different, why is being in charge important to me, why etc....

The best food I have eaten was from Avenue B Restaurant in Shadyside.
