@Curtis Bidwell - I'm glad to hear you've been able to handle conveyances independently, but this is dangerous in the extreme for anyone who is not intimately familiar with corporate principles, accounting matters, and even just the simple differences in the types of deeds and exemptions which may apply to each in various situations.

I know just enough to be dangerous with trusts and rely on experts like you and @Andrew A. :)

The danger is that there is something lurking behind the new walls (like mold or conditions for mold to grow in the future). 

(So they have fewer competitors to compete buying houses with them.)If I follow the 1% rule, I would have zero property instead of 48 properties now.
