I'm good with Excel but the speed of the calculators and fast reports are a nice feature.

However, I do think Mike's correct in the overall conclusion that the checkbook control brings benefits and speeds things up. 

I was originally looking at non-checkbook control if my SD-IRA, but am beginning to see the pros for having checkbook control in the speed and efficiency of doing business.

Should make sense that the areas that saw the fastest growth ie Bosie, PHX, Austin will see the most volatility and the most downward pressure. 

Nothing has panned out yet so we were hoping to speed up the process.
