I bought a place, did some rehab with a solid contractor, and now my property manager sends me checks. 

Also open to any contractor referrals.

I’ve been working as an independent contractor physician since Nov 2015 and had two years of income tax returns and had to submit recent pay stubs and bank account statements to qualify for the FHA loan.  

Once you are happy with the tenants and upgraded the units you lock them in for 12 month contract.  or

My question is, would it be valuable for an experienced flipper/rehabber to partner with someone who holds a RE and a Gen Contractor license but has limited funds?

When establishing your core 4 ( agent / lender / contractor / mgmt co. ) how large of an area can they cover before their expertise becomes diluted?

Should I ask a contractor or an inspector?
