I see the US-Canada currency exchange as a way to counteract that.

It's been super reliable and guests can change the code to something they more easily remember (than the generated 10 digit code). 

But, I digress...My idea is to just deposit the check directly into her back account and send her the docs digitally.

My landlord thinks he's making money, but he's got so much cash in the property that I guess he's not losing like some of the others out there, but his return is single digits with lots of equity.  

You basically sign up and get a free digital certificate--you can pay more or go through some hoops and get it really personalized if you want/need.

Currency, inflation, war and other issues are all possibilities and they have little to do with RE.Why not consider 1 or more US REIT investments where you earn a simple return, can sell at any point and have no management responsibilities?

Investors with strong Euro, Austrailian, and New Zeland currency will do well in our market.
