What duties do you think they best serve investors or in the real estate market?

At this time, we do not allow builders to market any more ground up construction projects (pre-construction) as we have been made aware that there are significant delays in the construction industry.

I'm very interested in creative financing options with sellers as well.Right now I'm using propstream to help assist in data collecting to focus on off-market deals.

I am interested in Belize due to research I have done and the current market expanding.

But a "VOM" satisfies it even with payments required.I certainly understand that some markets have more "investor friendly" lenders than other markets.

On every list of the fastest declining price point markets, about 60-75% are in Texas.
