Hello fellow BPers,I am in the process of acquiring a 15 unit building in Wilmington, Delaware and would like to utilize the services of a management company for the property.Would anyone know of an experienced and reliable company?

Does those same steps apply for Delaware/Montgomery County, PA?

However, dededo is patchy...you kind of need to look at it street by street or cul-de-sac by cul-de-sac.
