Now, I need to explore some of the readings that you all have recommended, for I definitely have a lot to learn...thanks again so much for the warm welcome...

We are a warm hearted paying it forward group of people interested in real estate investing.Bigger Pockets has various resources: ebooks, blogs, forums, podcasts, webinars, colleagues, keyword alerts, an awards system, a learn section, informative people in many fields of real estate, and more. 

Warm rays of bright and pleasing light fill the lower level.

I manage a lot of older rentals and know this isn't an emergency but I would prefer updating this sooner rather than later.Furnace was keeping the house warm, but our inspection revealed only two of the six burners were functional.

It makes banks sit up and take notice when I can show them all the things that makes an underwrite get all warm and fuzzy.I anticipate that in the next handful of years as I become more successful and run out of my own money to use the job will become my barrier rather than my lever.

I’d say if it’s a warm location then even a bigger plus would be somewhere they can go to chill & decompress… like a poolside or patio… Internet access is a must too. 

Still spending time in one of those warm island nations???

There is only 1 small bush on the house, so it would be tough to hide.I may try this tho, if we ever get warm weather up here.

There's no way legal fees and court appearances are going to be less cost and hassle than just sucking it up for the rest of the warm weather and the rest of the lease.
