The home was kept in reasonably good shape, but there were some deferred maintenance issues due to the owner's age.

For my clients here, I am really focusing on making sure I am presenting assets that have excellent appreciation potential.

I like these because the properties coming to market are often with quite a bit of deferred maintenance and leases that haven't been turned over in years.
