You'll need to submit form 26-1880 to the department of VA to ensure your entitlement is restored to full entitlement. 

What states are you talking about...most Secretary of State departments have been progressively moving toward "open for business" and the barriers to get registered as a foreign entity and get your articles are cost effective and easy.Now, property taxes are another story altogether...your LLC is probably welcome in most every state, but taxation can be rough, especially if you invest in a location with a struggling school system...or areas with historically low property assessments...just some things to think about...Best of luck

I would also think you might contact the legal departments/General Counsel at the big manufacturers to see if they could point you to the right person to help you fight.

You should call your local building department and connect with contractors, architects, and/or zoning attorneys that have worked on this type of project in the past.

Hi Benny,You should determine your general areas of interest, and then determine what Planning Department governs that location. 

I missed it and its transportation department not  HUD but I think its a significant development around formalizing procedures around emotional support animal : https://www.nytimes.com/2020/1...Never underestimate how long it takes departments to talk to each other, but now there is a precedent...I scanned it and it seems fair.

According to my research department Tennessee was the biggest in 2020, Nashville specifically.
