Sounds to me like they are trying to gain 30 days interest on all collected rents , however depending on your contract with them any interest they earn on your money is your interest .

Hello BP Community,In advance of the first snow fall we are looking for a landscaper or snow removal company to contract with to shovel/salt our multi unit properties in Chicago this 2017-2018 winter season. 

I have the house under contract so it is a relief that we can get this loan to close now.

How can I work with another wholesaler who has property under contract that I may can get sold.

My problem is that two weeks before my contract is up i cant get ahold of the seller and the key that was left for me magically disappeared.

Would I need to subdivide my land or could I include it in the contract between the tenants and me?
