I mean, as soon as I get that $5000 check from my first deal, I'll pump all of that into a campaign that'll get me 3 or 4 more of those checks.

I'm a fairly seasoned investor, but trying to step-up my marketing campaign.  

Does it have a factory full of robots "hand-writing" letters and envelopes with actual ball point pens to help you with your direct-mail marketing campaigns?

How are you supposed to stay in business when you are spending 5k+/month on just your PPC campaigns?

I'm interested because I was wondering if there is a different and better way than the widely-used campaign methods usually discussed on this site.  

I'm about to embark on a campaign here in Victoria British Columbia, with www.consdierfunding.com I'll put together a post about them by end week, but in a nutshell, Individual investors can put in up to 1500, to a campaign max of 250000.

You'll need to develop two things; 1) a respectful and effective marketing campaign. 2) a thick skin for when you come across an owner who has had to deal with 5 other "investors" who have tried scare tactics on them and the owner unloads on you and calls you names.I'm a lien investor and I'm mainly in it for the interest rate return.
