Taxes are probably going to be the same either way, if you plan on investing in MA each LLC has a pretty high annual fee 2nd only to CA I believe.

Cash flow is king and as long as this process doesn’t kill your cash flow I completely get it, as it allows you access to cash that you can use to purchase more cash flowing properties.

We are used to using Property Radar in California but they do not go into Utah!

Intel is almost finished their facility in Chandler, and supposedly Phoenix metro is to see somewhere close to 500K California residents moving here to fill open employment positions.

Living in California, the annual assessment is limited to a ~2% annual increase, so the assessed value is not the current fair market value.Thanks!!!
