Its hard for me to have sympathy, just because your poor doesn't mean you can trash the place especially when we were working with them.....big mistake.Our broker wasn't too sure about disclosure to future renters.

You need to check around or work with a well established mortgage broker.Avoid the newer loan officers as they are learning their trade and your needs as an investor will exceed what most most mortgage brokers can deal with.
