I just googled “creative finance tc” and a handful of other similar brand new TC companies popped up with similar offerings, all priced well above what a typical TC charges per file, like $1,000 for a cash deal and up (my TC charges $200 for that), and yes they add 30% if you’re not a “subto student”.

I spend solid money each month marketing, I built up a local brand, I have an acquisitions guy that is a closer, I have systems and software to make us run super efficiently.

Therefore, going the extra mile to get to get these fresh leads will give us a competitive edge.
