You're an inspiration, I'm sure to many....for sure to me.

I have been a fairly long time member but don't post or do too much here simply because I always have felt that it is much better to learn things "hands-on" rather than reading a book or listen to a podcast.... but in any case I wanted to share one of my little success stories in hopes of inspiring others!

Ken McIlroy's book ABCs of Real Estate Investing is a must, as is The Millionaire Real Estate InvestorThe former illustrates the mechanics of the numbers within real estate investing better than anything else I've read, and the latter presents a beautifully simple path to wealth through real estate that is inspiring due to the approachability of it. 

These are among the best wealth-inspiration books for sure.

I know a number of people that are crushing it in the urban market and inspired us to recently take on co-hosting clients in those markets.

While he's mentioned how AirBnB doesn't really support it's hosts as much as he should he's got quite the process built up.I'm currently only in the LTR space, but have been inspired by the cash flow for those properties and the financing for them.

At the end of the day he was inspired and now checks up on me and my rehab to see the progress. 

I have listened to MANY inspiring podcasts and searched many posts on here.

I have been very inspired by BiggerPockets community and that's what pushed me to just do it and get buying properties.
