Im starting to apply for jobs in tech (only to have income for a loan) but I’m a little hesitant to start trading my time for money again.

Are there grants/scholarships you can apply for?

The manager/owner probably has more then one complex so they want to know which complex you are applying for.  

Because these lots were vacant over a year I could not do anything, so we had to apply for variances etc.

The laws are different for mobile homes versus single family.You want to first read your lease, what notice is required, and then secondly know what laws apply depending on the property type.The most commonly utilized Arizona lease by default requires a 30-day notice prior to the renewal date, which is typically on the 1st of the month.

You can apply while purchase in process and do delayed financing.

So, my usual opinion doesn't apply here...The Due on Sale clause isn't that big of an issue in my mind. 

Once you have an potential Tenant, you invite them to apply on TT and TT will collect a fee to do a background check (evictions, convictions, credit) for your review.  

HOWEVER, the results do not apply to homes that are associated with homeowners associations (like at the Desert Princess).
