I'd start there....there are many agents who will draft an offer for a flat rate.

Less than 5 years and you are wagering on no flat or depreciating cycle.  

I don’t have much detailed information but you can check out damac rent to own and in free zone ajman you can own a flat like within 100 K all yours.

Other thing I'll say is if you do replace the carpet with LVP anywhere, make sure to really inspect your subfloor so that it's sufficiently flat for the LVP, and thoroughly prep it to take care of any areas that aren't!

So say you're house-hacking a property that already has long-term tenants, assuming you all get along and no problems with collections (big assumption, I know), would you forego a PM altogether?

The idea is to buy a destroyed house in a non desirable location (in fronf of a busy road) to rent pieces of yard if property is flat - and designed correctly.... or just the lot (very rare)
