@William Tidd, looking out for the needs of other is a good place to begin. 

That sounds right up my alley.For those who are interested, I met with William (BJ) today and we are thinking about forming a small group of 5 or 6 people that meet once a month to discuss real estate and hold each other accountable. 

It will cut down on the keller williams agents that try to get the listing.

Example:   Purchaser will be putting $3,000 down towards the purchase price and option fee which will be paid directly to Keller Williams Advantage and will be charged to the seller at closing and credited to the purchaser.  

@Nathan Williams you can buy property under 75k but what I was specifically referring to was don’t buy a turnkey property for under 75k, other property is fine.
