I felt like I would be rushing in the morning and traffic and everything that goes on in the morning.

Then the next morning I woke up and was like, wait a minute, either I keep doing what I am doing and I keep getting the same, or worse, results or I change my attitude and please excuse my language, but I had to stop being a little biotch.

For what it's worth....the coordinator of our homeless program came by to discuss this program with our medical team this morning since we do get our fair share of homeless veterans admitted with medical issues and no where to go at discharge.Our current program has 150 filled vouchers, 11 new vouchers and a waiting list of 50 potential applicants.The coordinator handed out a pamphlet describing the VA HomeFront program.

Joel Owens that's where my brain was going this morning because I do know a broker who also invests in this asset class.Here's the other wrinkle as of this morning, the "partner" is actively peddling some of the properties for sale (which is fine) but again he is suddenly "talking down" our own property when normally he shoots for the moon when he's selling.

It was going to take a beautiful saturday away from me, but that saturday morning my girlfriend and I said, "What the heck, we can leave early."
