Apparently, they are owned by the 10x PM company and at this time we are inclined to work with 10x as our PM so it makes sense to consider the "Nailed It" construction company as long as I get some positive feedback here :-) 

The amenities, the fabulous homes, close to Philadelphia, all pluses. 

@Jessica Heller- contact  several  lenders on the  same  day - provide them  with the  same criteria -  get  some  quotes and ask the  questions you have  ...compare the date and the feedback received and then make a  decison on  starting the pre approval process

The buyer finds out too late into a DD period that the insurance company will require the panels to be replaced, and the buyer ends up trying to negotiate with the seller.

As mentioned, you probably have to skip condos, and you REALLY want to look up the local laws AND the HOA CC&Rs.
