Find an individual with the CRE (Counselors of Real Estate) designation, interview him, and if their is mutual interest engage his sevices to guide you and your mother.  

As far as finding a Jedi, I've observed that if you're engaged in the community and focus in on a specific area of REI, you'll soon find the folks that are already doing what you seek. 

Well, the truth is: custodian will not protect you; you are 100% responsible for violating the rules and you better understand the rules before engaging in a transaction.

We have not tied the knot yet but we did get engaged.  

Often you will increase your return this way as you are in control about the property that you purchase, the property management that can be engaged, etc.

PoL sent an email just days ago to their clients reassuring us that their recent $250 million engagement with a large institutional credit fund won't affect their commitment to the crowd, and that they won't follow the direction of their fellow marketplace lenders.Hmmm, just when I was considering giving my hml activities and investing more heavily with them, now I have doubts.
