Hi everyone, When determining what real estate agent to work with, what kind of questions do you ask them to see if they would be a good fit?

They have something going on in their lives that is motivating them to unload the property as fast and with as little stress as possible.I'll give you an example of a seller I worked with that you can share with your wife to help her understand the kind of situations we regularly come across.This guy had his house up for sale by owner because no agent could help him.

It's not my dream home and the lot is kind of funky but the location is awesome and I think it has some potential and we could make it work for a year or two.

That return on equity isn't too great.However, the upside is there, so the decision kind of depends on your long-term strategy.
