What do you think about buying houses in a country club (mandatory 60k buy in ) you get bigger house for lower price but you can get higher rent but is it worth it ?

I paid for Mashvisor data for a year and although the site is terrible to navigate (app on the phone is way better), the data seems to be the same as AirDNA and it gives you access to everywhere in the country.

As to what's happening, prices have steadily increased over the last 12-18 months, as they have in most areas around the country with Covid being a large contributor of that.

According to a new study by Realtor.com, buying is more cost-efficient than renting in a growing number of the largest cities in the country.

CR itself is not unlike many of the countries around it -- beautiful beaches, both oceans, rainforest, mountains, etc ... however that didn't stop the US tourism industry from branding it "exotic and safe" and US folks traveled there en masse for the next two decades, much to the displeasure of . . . every country around it! 

With nowhere to commute, people are moving all around the country.

It's an awesome country.

Part of the motivation is to secure residency in multiple countries, have my investments in multiple currencies, and to set up an offshore structure for my company in one of these locations. 

Looking for Eastern Iowa Property Manager to handle multifamily property in Cedar Rapids/Monticello area of the State. 

Appreciation not as great as other areas of country.
