Now that I'm active I have to file a RCT-101 form every year along with my balance sheet and the tax I have to pay is called a PA Corporate Stock Tax which is based on the net worth of the LLC.You need to check with your state to see what the rules are in your state.

Jon,I believe you're on the right track, I know that these notes cannot be traded by anyone other than a securities exchange, stock broker, I was informed today vaquely about them but it's still uclear until I read your post.It's no problem on non and performing notes to deal with them but the MTN's are a whole diferent ball park.

I would rather pull out 80% of 275k and put it in Microsoft stock or 4 more $200k houses at 25% down than let my house sit with so much equity that's not paying me.

Instead of wood (which would have easily been $6K installed, I opted for Water-resistant 12mm Laminate which luckily I found on sale, and in stock near by, so that is going in soon (see pix for details).
