Yes, I would be devastated as a customer to lose all my personal belongings.

As a business, you have to ask "What payment method will my customer be using?"

Im seriously considering a duplex, I truly dont think we would jeopardize his reputation by taking advantage of his customers.  

The old one was awesome, plenty of options to customize and get down to the nitty gritty of each item needed for a project. 

And, of course, making it easy, simple and sustainable (for you and the customer/tenant).

the carpet is terrible too,  the fridge is blocking cabinets and there is a giant hole between the fridge and oven. but as long as you got a tenant that likes it,  noone cares what I think. 

The cabinets are in good shape.
