Not my cup of tea per se but to each his own.  

It will be bathrooms, windows, some cosmetic, fixture updating... 

I have to replace some doors, repair some decks, install some vinyl plank flooring, paint, scrape popcorn cielings, replace some fixtures, and a few other odds and ends.  

Sound like it could be a cool investment for the right person, but don't think it's my "cup of tea". 

Complete reno in 10 days to interior with new vanities, flooring, fixtures, and appliances.

Seller/Agent was remodeling the unit so I was able to select my preferred fixtures and fittings. $0 to get it ready.

Hey Greg,I manage some long term rentals in the Anchorage area and while I used to manage a few Air Bnb's I don't anymore, just not my cup of tea.

In addition, we repaired/retextured the ceilings, repaired and painted all the walls, added new light fixtures and door hardware, new vanities and toilets, all new flooring and baseboards.

You dont know whats behind those hideous walls, new kitchen, baths, flooring throughout, trim, light fixtures, doors, electrical, plumbing, siding/paint, furnace, water heater, landscaping, plus holding costs, interest, insurance and the list goes on.

Try local goodwill or used construction material store for fixtures, appliance, things the home needs but you might not want to buy brand new.
