I'm working around the Muscle Shoals area, about an hour west of Huntsville, AL.

According to Fannie Mae Guidelines, the minimum mid Fico score needed to purchase my 7th through 10th investment property is 720 and my mid score is nowjust beneath that.I need a Portfolio Lender to help me buy additional investment properties in the Huntsville / Madison County Alabama area. 

Can anyone recommend a bank/portfolio lender in or near Mobile, Alabama?

33 Alabama counties have switched to the new tax lien auction system, and 31 of those will have online auctions this Spring.

Have anyone heard anything about how did the first tax lien foreclosures went in Baldwin county or any other Alabama counties? 

Mine appears to be there for Partnerships & S Corps but is still working on individuals.I wouldn't be surprised if we see a few lawsuits pop up in the next few years against TurboTax et al. 

It's unlikely that a property you find on one of the online sites (Zillow, Refin et al) will pencil out for cash flow though.

Had a similar situation for a property in alabama.

I put the property up for sale on a Sunday night, and had 5 offers by Monday and we accepted the al cash offer.

I'm from Raleigh, but personally investing in Huntsville, AL and Cape Coral FL with new construction to rent.
