Unless you totally threw all REI strategies out the window, which I highly doubt since you are getting into the weeds of Def Comp, you will blow that 457B out of the water in due time.

You can certainly execute the BRRR strategy in this area, like any other area you need to buy right and have the right information on the specific location.

If I can sell it right away that is great but if it’s from the time I move into the home I have another 2 years to go and that will change my investment strategy entirely. 

We engage in variety of strategies/tactics, including wholesaling, flipping and rentals (long/short-term) for acquisition of  single and multi-family properties, and small apartment units (5 -50 doors).
