Hi Matt, I have family in that area & we always get a rental house when we go to the beach.

I need it to tell me the condition of all the sewer lines in every house in Pittsburgh.

I have a gutted carriage house on the back of my property, so my thought is to get my feet wet with house hacking by creating space for a longterm tenant. 

Love the idea of house-hacking and the ability to use FHA loan.
