I am working on updating our partnership documents to allow for this to be our new delivery vehicle vs snail mail (highly inconvenient with partners in the military), but I am not familiar with vehicles to complete such items except using docusign for signatures.

I haven't done anything yet, but the interior of the units could be updated and the rents are a little low.

Will try and keep BP updated along the way.

I used my property inspection findings to negotiate the price down, and I expected to do that because I wanted to buy a house that needed updates so I could add value.

I noticed it was a good size house with 4 bedrooms, partially updated.

Update: I got out of this deal and bought a duplex instead.

I'm considering that but like the idea of cash flowing this property that will be recently updated.
